Close-up Magic - "Street Magic" for children (8 - 12 years)

Long before the term "Street Magic" was coined, magicians have been performing it for decades as "close-up magic".

My unique brand of close-up magic focuses on very visual magic effects with crazy funny comedy bits.

Check it out below!

I have a special Close-up Magic Show that's designed for 8 - 12 years old.

I had the privilege to perform it for 2 parties last week!

A $2 Singapore note vanishes and appears inside his closed fist...

A 50 cents coin penetrates into a Brand New Coke bottle and the cap is still factory-sealed!

The coin (still sealed with the bottle) is examined by everyone and given to the birthday boy!

Giving Magic a Modern Twist! A 50 cents now penetrates into my iPhone!

We served 2 events last week at ING Bank and Microsoft Singapore.

ING bank - Badge Making - some works by the children

ING Bank's logo has a lion and upon request, we provide custom pictures of lion designs for the children to color.

We also served several birthday parties in the same week!

Close-up magic - Linked Rubber Bands!

One of my favorite effects - 2 yellow rubber bands becomes linked within each other!

I also give it out to the birthday child as a souvenir! The bands are really linked!

One of the bands becomes a STAR!

Adventures in Close-up Card Magic

I really like this piece of magic - so I learnt it - A video clip to share with everyone.

Effect: 4 white blank cards (front and back) magically transforms into 4 Jacks (front and back) and back to 4 white blank face/blank back.

Woodsvale Condo X'mas Party - Close-up Magic

Wonderful event! Many people were impressed and requested for name cards from myself and my balloon sculpturing artist.

The prizes of the lucky draw was fantastic - top prize was a Samung LCD TV worth over $2200.00!

I also performed some close-up magic which drew a lot of gasps and applause - including an effect whereby the images on the "back" of a chosen and signed card transformed itself.

You can see the pics below.

Many children who admired me, also insisted that I autograph the unique Captain Dazzle sticker that I gave them. I'll post pics of the sticker next time!
