Edmund Khong wins

Singapore's Pride. Edmund Khong is crowned Best All-Around Clown 2017 at the World Clown Association Convention held in Thailand. He also won 1st place in Make-up and Costume Category (Special Clown Character) and 1st place in Parade Performance.  He competed against over 200 clowns from around the world, including the United States, England, Hong Kong, Taiwan, just to mention a few locations.  Pictures and more information available upon request.
