And so, I was away for 8 days to attend the World Clown Association Annual Convention.
It's the first time it's held in Asia and I was eager to see my mentors again from US, Japan and UK. I haven't seen some of them for a very long time...
I had a blast and I am going to the next year's convention in Chicago too! :)

2 fairly-rarely seen Classic Whiteface clowns: Arthur Pedlar and Randy Christensen. The Auguste clown on the right side is Ben Christensen, Randy's son.
BeBop, I just love her and her lecture on Physical Movements. One of the best lectures of the Convention, in my books...
That's Me and BeBop in 2005 Clown Camp, Wisconsin, USA. 7 years ago...
With Skiddles, we took the same flight and cab to the hotel.
My idol, Arthur Pedlar just before he takes the stage for his show. He's 80 this year.
Back at hotel after the charity event
Me with Henry, from Singapore, he's a Hospital Caring Clown
With Joyce Payne, who just stepped down as President of the World Clown Assocation after completing a 2 year term. The new officer holders were inducted at the Convention.
Sam Tee's excellent class on make-up and costuming in the tropics.
See you guys in Chicago in 2014!
